Provision Of Services
Account Creation
You may need to register for an account ("Account") to use the Services. You represent that all registration information is truthful and accurate and agree to maintain its accuracy. We may suspend or terminate your Account for any reason in accordance with these Terms.
Account Responsibilities

Access and License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services during the Term for creating and improving job descriptions. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Feedback
If you provide feedback on the Services (the "Feedback"), we may use the Feedback at our sole discretion without referencing you. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right and license to incorporate the Feedback into our products and services.
